Support line

We provide your end users, on behalf of Mailgate, a telephone support service staffed by our fully-trained support engineers. Calls to this service cost £1.00 per minute. We do not use a queuing system, and your call will normally be answered by a trained technician.

This service is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).
